Great heater. Design is the best in the business.
Jandy JXi400NK was so easy to install! Removed from a very tight & difficult installation in a small equipment room. Good thing the heater we removed was a competitors that was actually a larger physical footprint. The customer could absolutely NOT believe that the smaller unit in physical size was going to heat his pool. When I told him that technology continues to improve and that the actual BTU of the heat output was about the same if not more, he was very surprised. Absolutely easy to install and simple user interface. Customer was delighted. Had to remove a a very large unit for Salt water chlorination. The old "pool pilot" system was no longer working. I provided some consult and said that 2 TruClear Salt water systems with some minor plumbing modifications would produce the same amount of chlorine as their now compromised unit did and would be easier to operate and maintain.
