We have been a part of Dr Nasso and team for 20 years. Would highly recommend them
I went to see Dr. Nasso last Friday to help me quit smoking. He was referred to me by a good friend of mine. He was very personable and funny. He first gives you a group lecture to help you with the mental addiction that smoking has over us. He teaches you to always use positive words and a Mantra to say everyday. Example: I hate 'em, I quit, I'm free and I'm happy. Afterwards he takes you one on one to help you with the physical addiction by zapping your ear.
