Nothing everything was great
First time patient. Everyone was welcoming, professional. During the entire visit I felt relaxed and safe. Sometimes a doctor's visit can be an unpleasant experience. The employees cold. Distant. This was not the case here. I left feeling I had found a place where the people were genuine, caring--and whose standards were top-notch. Leoni
can only think of positives - 1. Kathy was very skilled, considerate and friendly 2. Dr Spivack was his usual patient and likeable self, not to mention being an excellent dentist 3. staff was amiable and efficient - especially like Margie as she has assisted Dr Spivack on many of our visits no suggestions except keep doing what you're doing!
