My kids actually get excited to go to the dentist because everyone is so nice and it’s such a positive environment. We moved an hour away about 4 years ago and it’s still worth it to make the drive twice a year as I’ve never found a better place than Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry!
The doctor was patient and answered all of my questions. And he talked to our child and even though she is only one, I felt like he wanted her to feel comfortable and important.
Always quick, friendly, informative and efficient. My daughter is always comfortable and has a good experience.
Our experience with Dr. Branton Richter today was incredible. He treated our 2 week old with class IV lip tie and class III tongue tie with such gentleness and compassion. I love that he has an IBCLC on staff too; Jill is so kind. The whole staff was calm, informative, thorough, and made my experience as a mother more peaceful than I dared hope for. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Smile Perfect. Such a great & friendly staff & atmosphere. We never had to wait more than a few minutes to go back. Dr. Arnold & his team were always very professional & explained everything. Plus...the results are amazing.
Beautiful and clean office. Very child friendly. The staff was excellent and very nice and welcoming! Dr. Richter was great as well. My only complaint is that they are way overbooked. I got my daughter in for a checkup fast, but she needs a cavity filled and the soonest they could get her in for treatment is mid April! (Checkup was late January) I’m tempted to get her X-rays and go somewhere with more availability.
Jia was terrified to have her first cavity fixed. Dr. Richter’s staff; Alia and Courtney put Jia at ease with a movie and a fun flower balloon. Dr. Richter was very gentle with Jia. She was surprised that the laser didn't hurt at all and walked out with a smile on her face. Thank you Dry Creek for your kindness and professionalism!
As a medical provider myself, I appreciate a top notch bedside manner and service. Office staff and Dr. Richter were fantastic! Looking forward to many more years at this great office! Wish Dr Richter was my personal dentist. Ha!
