Dskrt is one of my favorite spots to hit up. A nice bar on the first floor and litty city in the basement! One person in particular is Jordan Phoenix Rodrigez he's one of the security guards there and he's a perfect combo of intimidating and welcoming. You can say The Peoples champ! Keep up the great work!
Love this place, I always go for the wings best in the city! Love the vibes here people of any type are welcomed & I always have a good time when I go

Autumn was amazing, she was kind, friendly, made amazing drinks. She was amongst the best bartenders I've ever had. She was attentive and friendly. She made a busy bar with many customers feel like I was the only customer in the bar.

Check it out: another Wicker Park hipster spot with good drinks and okay food. DSTRKT is like a Mexican-American hipster bar and grill. It has some pretty decent prices, making it actually not that bad so I can't hate this place a lot. Gets busy so it may take a long time before orders arrive or anyone even says anything. BEST CHICKEN WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I DREAM ABOUT THE LEMON PEPPER ONES. they fall off the bone. Service is subpar. The bartender was so messed up the first time I went he looked at me like a deer in the head lights and I ordered my drinks, in all seriousness 7 times. I left because of it. Sad because he was great when he was sober earlier in the night. But came back 2 days later for the wings and new bartenders were being trained. Great vibe. Bartenders were really cool. Food is great, try the wings and cheese curds.
The food was really good, I had the steak tacos and crispy fries. I very pleased with the spiked slushie drink pouches! I tried the spicy mango. We checked this place out on a Tuesday so there were plenty of specials such as $2 tacos, $2 slush shots and $5 margaritas. It's located in Wicker Park so it's kind of a nightmare finding parking but there is street parking. Somewhat of a smaller space so it definitely fills up quickly.
