Very professional, on time and knowledgeable about the procedure preformed.
Very dissapointed that when I walked in for my appointment NO ONE (there were 3 or 4 people there) at the front desk even knew my name after being a patient for 25+ years! How dissapointing. The person who did my cleaning also had no idea who I am. Craig of course knows me and Karen spotted me from her office and said hello as I was exiting.So much for new ownership. Needless to say I am less than thrilled.
