the receptionist was friendly and had a positive attitude even though i told her my insurance had changed but i didn't have a new card yet. she politely said that they would call the insurance company on the following weekday to get the details. the dental hygenist made a connection by asking me questions and also telling me relevant stories of her own life, but in a way that was not prying into my private life or talking my ear off about her own. we were able to chat like friends and it made the whole experience more comfor... read more
Everyone was courteous to me from the moment I stepped through the door, and by the time I left. Facility was very nice and relaxing. My visit was a very enjoyable experience.
