The check-in process is all electronic. You complete your medical history and check-in on a pc located in the waiting area. Thoughtful and fast check-in process! Also, you get great aromatherapy when you enter the office.
I would like to say I was extremely impressed by the staff at Dublin Metro Dental. I was looking for a new dentist closer to home and my boyfriend recommended this practice. I was going to get a number of fillings done for the first time in my life and I was extremely nervous and anxious. Their appointments are on time and the staff is friendly and caring
This was my first time visiting this office and I have to say they were very friendly and helpfully when it came to listening and explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem. They were also very flexible when it came to paying for the visit.
The staff at Dublin Metro Dental were welcoming and very detailed. I went in for a consultation for potential dental bonding. After reviewing my bite and other important factors Dr. S. said that invisalign would be a more appropriate approach. I appreciated her honesty and not wanting to move forward with the quick fix of bonding (in my case) and took the time to explain why she thought invisalign was the next best step.
I have been going to Dublin Metro Dental for four years now and am always impressed with every visit. The staff is all very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone.
I needed to be seen for an abscessed tooth and they saw me the very next morning. The staff is phenomenal! They made me feel alot more at ease, as I need a TON of dental work and am very embarrassed of my smile. So, I have stopped "shopping around", reading all other reviews for other dentists! I definitely plan to keep this team for all my dental work and will bring my 9 year old son for his dental care also! Not to mention the cleanliness and state of the art technology!
I went for wisdom tooth extraction, the process was real quick and there was no pain at all! I would highly recommend this office if you need any dental services!
