This was my first visit to Dublin Metro Dental Group and they were excellent! Very through exam and cleaning and a very knowledgeable staff that really wants the best for your dental health.
I had a chipped upper molar that my old dentist of 12 years could not find time to fit me in to repair. I was concerned that it might be further damaged if it was not addressed. After 4 week of waiting, I called the Dublin Metro Dental Group, who was referred to me by another dental office in Dublin who was not in our insurance group. Dr. Sadineni was absolutely great. Aparna and the staff are the most friendliest I have seen.They all have a very positive approach to dental work and sometimes putting a smile before the actual dental work itself is half the work done. Aparna did a great job on my broken tooth. The regular cleaning and other processes are a breeze as always.
I stopped in last Thursday because I was in the area and had a sore I wanted to check out in my mouth. When I arrived I realized thet they werte closed but the receptionist told me to hold on anyway. I was lucky that Dr. Sadineni was there on an off day and she agreed to look at my mouth. Everything was fine as far as my health and I was so thankful that they got me in so quickly (especially when they were closed). Thanks!!!
No more long waiting for appointments, Excellent staff and protection of your dental care is guaranteed. It is not easy to continuously keep up to the pace of the customer needs. But you have proved the challenge and made it a practice. Kudos to you and your team of dedicated staff.
