RecommendedMy son’s dental appoinment was great. They have their A game on! Registration fone online. Text communication and great idea to have us wait in our cars. Flagged us in when it was yime and straight to the bathtoom to wash our hands. My son was at ease and made to feel comfortable on the dental chair.

RecommendedDr. Coffman and staff are amazing! So friendly. Professionalism to the max! With the whole covid situation, staff follows excellent safety precautions, two huge thumbs up for that. My son has never had a bad experience with Duke City. They're terrific with children. would highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars. Come January, 4 out of 5 stars. Sad for us, they'll no longer except our insurance. But, if they except yours, highly recommend Duke City Pediatric Dentistry.

Secretaries are rude and they make you wait longer if you get there 5 min late.

Gone downhill. She used to be in business for her patients and now it is all about money. If you miss even in an emergency you get banned as a patient. She expanded to more than she could handle. Front desk staff are rude as well.

I though I loved going to duke city. I even spent 6 months changing insurance just to keep them when they stopped accepting mine. I have 3 sons with autism and anyone who know autism knows that they have good and bad days. My son had a very bad day so I missed an appointment. I got a certified “sorry we won’t see” you anymore letter in the mail a few days later. No call. No notice of this rule.
