Skilled, Understanding and Extremely Caring My one year old son fell down on a concrete patio and fractured one of his front teeth on Memorial Day.We weren’t patients at the time because I had planned on starting dental cleaning at 3 years but I had heard good things about this practice and so called and found out that there was an on call urgent number to contact in case of emergencies. Professional and compassionate I can not say enough great things about Duke Street Pediatric Dentistry, Dr Hamilton and the whole team. My son is autistic and medically complex which can make getting dental care for him very stressful for everyone involved. They absolutely know how to gently manage complex cases and have my son at ease and complying happily within minutes of arriving. Very nice practice. The doctors and staff are always kind and will answer your questions even on a weekend or holiday. Everyone is pleasant when they speak or email you.
Excellent I really enjoyed the appointment. It went really well with my daughter. She cooperated and did what she was supposed to do. Once we came, within 5 minutes they called us for my child to be seen. Very friendly too.
