As a flipper (currently have 4 projects going), I rely on vendors and a reliable team to get the project done efficiently, on time and on budget. I had a good relationship with this vendor but suddenly the person I was working with is gone and the service sure shows....new guy RYAN shows poor communication skills, doesn't value long standing customers and has cost me money and time.
