Besides being excellent as his job, he is also an excellent educator. Duncan worked diligently to not only ensure I got the best deal possible, but to ensure that I knew how and why things worked the way they did, so that I could still have a say in the process if there was something that didn't sit well. However, he was excellent in everything. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, is that he was exceptionally friendly and cordial. It's nice to have a friend in Duncan :)

Excellent customer service and communication ! Sometimes it was hard to keep up with all the people involved in the process as things went to the next step . I enjoyed working with Duncan and his team. and would recommend them to anyone who is in the home buying market.
