The appointment was excessively long. While getting to know patients is a plus, an expectation needs to be given to new patients that there first appointment will take 2 hours so everyone can coordinate accordingly. The fees that are charged are excessive... with insurance. The dentist charged for an Oral Cancer Screening and Intra Oral Images which are generally not charged by dentists, especially when the dentist is being paid for other services rendered.
