I am a patient of Dr Robert Schweyen and has been for a long time. He recently joined Dupuis Dental. I had an appointment with Dr Schweyen and I had fall displacing my artificial knee. I had the preop nurse call Dupuis letting them know why I couldn't get to the visit. After coming out of surgery I called too reschedule the appointment and told I had to pay a deposit in order to make the appointment. I am 73 yrs and sometimes I have falls. I had chipped a tooth and I needed a fill-in yet they charged me for Three fillings when I only needed one. I brought this to their attention when I saw to sign off They would fix the issue, and they never did; it still charged. This was three weeks ago
