Everything was top notch and incredible customer service. There was only one question that wasnt sufficiently answered when I asked 2-3 times for an explanation or someone to walk me through it regarding my credit card bills. I wasnt aware that the check I was paying with at closing would go to my credit cards. I would have preferred to pay them off separately if I understood what was being requested of me.
