There were mistakes regarding some of the fees and closing costs. They were taken care of in the end, but some of hassles could have been avoided. The interest rate was higher than we thought it would be. There was no consideration for things we have as means to pay off the loan if one of us would die—net worth, life insurance. We did appreciate the assistance is getting our credit scores unfrozen.
We began our effort to refinance just before covid. Dustin stayed in frequent contact and had suggestions for us that actually helped seal our appraisal. He was always courteous to a fault and kept in contact frequently
