I had my mortgage refinance done with Dustin Dehart NOVA Home Loans last year and my experience is nothing but outstanding. His team was very helpful and quick. He assigned Mr Ben Comia as my refinance officer who took care and answered most of my questions. The process was so easy and most of the paperwork were done through electronics means. They are always there to help you out and explain things as you go.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Support staff equally outstanding. All questions answered timely with a very professional attitude from Nova Home Loans persons. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. I've recommended and will continue to recommend Nova Home Loans to friends and family, and particularly Dustin Dehart to anyone looking to refinance, buy or sell a home in the Las Vegas area. Dustin and his NOVA team were amazing to work with ... our Realtor recommended them to us, and she was right on the mark. We completed everything electronically, there were no delays, no surprises. This is the sixth house I have purchase in my life and the financing process was far and away the smoothest. He wrapped an FHA loan in just under 30 days. Very impressed, have and will continue to refer Dustin to others.

I wanted to purchase a vacation home and was referred to Dustin. He found me the best interest rate in addition to working tirelessly with with the sellers agent to meet the closing dead-line. He was professional and responsive to all of my inquiries. I would reccomend Dustin and his staff to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. With the help of Dustin Dehart and the Nova team we were able to purchase a dream retirement house. This will be our fourth and last house but the difference in this lending process was that it greatly exceeded our expectations. My husband and I own a small family business and it seemed as though we could never qualify for a home loan. We went to Dustin and he helped us step by step how to get our affairs in order to qualify for a loan. We are now proud homeowners of the house of our dreams. I believe if it hadn't been for Dustin we would still be living in a rental! Dustin lived up to everything he promised us.

I've purchased a few houses in my 72 years. My newest one (a VA Loan) was done through Dustin and his coordination with us was seamless. I expected the usual delays, but was surprised with how flawlessly the process flowed. All questions were answered immediately and everything was done much quicker than we expected. Our experience with the whole staff at Nova was incredibly positive. From the initial meeting through the loan being picked up by a different server, all of our questions have been answered almost immediately, all fears and worries put at ease, and they made the home buying process quite painless. Needed to buy our first home for our family. Dealt with 3 mortgage companies before learning about Nova. Had nothing but delays and hassles with them. Nova was an exceptional company to work with. Dustin Dehart is a rock star in my book. Have recommended him a few times already and will continue to do so. They were great.
