This is my second time using Nova, my first time I felt more of a priority. This time I was disappointed that my buyer was sent away to fix his credit himself, no one offered him advice or checked up with him. I thought they’d be able to refer some real useful info to speed it up. But no, we waited a year to do the deal, lol, I know that’s not Novas fault, I’m just glad everything worked out for the buyer and seller.
