Our experience with Dustin was not wonderful for our first home buying experience. We only spoke to him once on the phone the entire process after we complained many times of not feeling supported or guided property/ professionally through this new, complex process. This was all new to us and we were treated like we were not important enough. Our home buying process was quick but seemed to fall on Dustin’s days off, vacation or maybe he’s just too busy for us. Wish it could have been different.
Dustin was excellent throughout my home loan process. He was professional, responsive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly.
