I think the biggest thing was the Lender Dustin ,his communication,being able to pick up the phone even after hours or on weekends,be able to work through various scenarios and change of status and situations he might not have been aware of until things got close to closing and underwriters.Robyn too was introduced later and she helped more to get things straightened even late hours.
