This was my first experience at Dvida Spa and I have to say, Stephanie is INCREDIBLE! She made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. She cleansed my face before my brow wax and that was an unexpected pleasure for sure. My brows look incredible and I was able to chat with her about laser hair removal for my upper lip because I didn’t know much about the process and was hesitant because of that. I am impressed with the customer service, skilled staff and value at Dvida Spa! Laser treatment with Diana went smooth and I’m loving the results already. Facial with Olga was excellent! She knows so much about the skin and treatment. Loved how my skin looked afterwards. The location is convenient, I was able to find the parking spot easily. Definitely coming back

This place is by far the best hydrafacial I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of places in Chicago. Olga is amazing, and she really goes above and beyond to tailor my services to what my skin concerns actually are. Very genuine and helpful. My skin is already better and I’m looking forward to my next visits!!
