This facial was the worst I had compared to other places. I did feel that they do not treat you fairly because you purchased the groupon
Called and left a voicemail to cancel and reschedule my appointment before the spa opened after becoming acutely ill and seeking medical treatment at a walk in clinic earlier that morning. Even after explaining my situation, they charged me a $25 no-show fee because the technician had waited for me. They explained that they don't check their voicemails first thing in the morning and there are no exceptions to their 24hr cancellation policy. This was my first ever dermaplaning appointment. The esthetician was extremely nice, but my skin has not been the same since. I’ve had my worst breakout in a decade after this - even after I added a very expensive hydro facial because she said it would help that out. My skin does not feel smooth, in fact it feels like stubble - which I was assured would not happen. I would NOT recommend this spa!
A week later, I have about 5 lashes on one eye and 8 on the other. They consistently fell out at a rate of about 6 a day. I have gotten eyelash extensions many times and know exactly how maintenance works. These lashes felt terrible and I could feel them in my eyelid. I’m giving 2 starts only because the lash tech was nice.
Complete disaster
Careful ladies. Had a brazillian and she was in such a hurry that she just ripped my hair instead of removing it. Grew back within a week.
I paid for a Brazilian wax & it was NOT CLEAN! At all. I still had long hairs on me after the session was done & was told it was due to me waiting a while to get a wax. & she still almost didn't do the back until she I had to ask. A Brazilian wax means TAKE EVERYTHING OFF! Not just the front. I will stick with my regular.
Cavitation is a slow process to see limited results. Took eight sessions to lose 1.5 inches of waist line. DVida uses it to upsell to more expensive CoplSculpting which is $600 for a single session and clinical data shows 20% fat loss. Buyer beware but fine for small fat loss.
