I had been to Dr. Desanto in 2021, but then I heard reports he was extremely ill and it didn't look promising for his future. I am happy to say he is back and looks very well. I found him very professional, he took X-Rays and indicated my previous orthodic inserts from back in 2021 were still viable, though if I can't afford the new ones he suggeted, we can reviist my issue in six months. The office atmosphere filled me with confidence that I would be well cared for. The doctors and staff were efficient and kind. Learning I had fractured bones in my my foot and would need to wear a cumbersome boot was delivered with care. They made a sad situation a pleasure.
An excellent experience from beginning to end. The Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The x-ray technician was friendly and efficient. The doctors did not rush during the pre-exam, asked questions to get a better understanding of my issue, explained my diagnosis in a simple and thorough manner and treated my condition. They carefully advised me about how to treat my condition at home and symptoms to look for.
The receptionist, Linda is very welcoming. I was taken in at my appointment Time, promptly. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Riscica, who was excellent. He gave a thorough examination and answered all of my questions in a kind, professional manner. I highly recommend him.
First visit and was definitely delighted with the experience! The doctor and staff were very attentive, polite and proactive. Happy with this experience and highly recommend making an appointment. Look forward to my next visit.
I had a bunion & hammertoe surgery done on my left foot with another foot Dr. a few years ago and I was in so much pain & to me I didn't think it healed right. Dr. DeSanto did my right foot, after surgery I hardly had pain and after 3 days I had no pain and my ugly foot looks like a foot model, in my opinion he is the best foot dr. I saw Dr. DeSanto today for the first time. He was very pleasant, thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. His office staff was very nice and professional. Dr. DeSanto and his staff made me feel very comfortable. His office is very bright and very clean. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. DeSanto and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
I went to Dr DeSanto because I thought I had hot feet syndrome. He saw a black mark on my toe nail. I thought it was fungus. He biopsied it. I thought that was unusual. The outcome was that I had melanoma. My NYU dermatologist and Mount Sinai surgeon told me that Dr DeSanto saved my life. He is a very compassionate dr but also an extremely knowledgeable one.
