Dylan was referred by our realtor as a professional mortgage broker who could provide us with a competitive mortgage for our new home. The builder's lender offered a standard FHA mortgage with high down payment and monthly PMI fees. It was complicated by income based on salary plus commission. Dylan advised us to choose a Spire mortgage product with a lower down payment that does not require PMI. We had recieved a loan approval from our bank with a competitive interest rate. Off of a recommendation we decided to give Dylan a call. He was very informative and responded quickly.
