Everything with Dylan was awesome, our realtor not so much, I would not recommend her to anyone. There were and still are problems that are not being taken care of. Like the shed in the backyard being un bolted from the concrete and taken when it was clearly part of the appraisal. Then an interior door and frame were broken and not going to be repaired.

I’m not sure if it was you guys or just the house buying process itself. Numbers constantly changed and no one really could get an exact number. All very confusing and frustrating at times

Overall communication and efficiency could have been improved with all parties involved. We had multiple instances where we were delayed, even on our closing day, because of poor and miscommunication. Dylan was very nice, and I am not blaming everything on him at all, we were just told that all of this should be quick and easy, but felt that this whole process should have went a lot smoother than what it did.

There were times when it seemed that we were more of an annoyance because of questions and research we had done ourselves. There were a couple of times that we felt like we were an inconvenience.

Too many dropped information exchanges. Too many times information was said too be not found. Had to send documents more than once. Too many emails and texts, verses conversation on the phone. Not very personal over the phone. I was made to feel like a dumb a** going through the processes. Had to do many things multiple times!!!
