The service was really fast and very efficient. E- Signing the documents was super easy and so was sending in the necessary required documents. I did everything right from home. When it came to closing that was great too because as it turned out it happened during my vacation. A notary was sent directly to where I was staying. I did not have to change my schedule at all. Funding was very shortly after the final signing of documents.

Michael and Elizabeth were so helpful! They answered calls, and returned calls immediately! She made the process easy , and almost enjoyable as we would chit chat between the paperwork request !! Now Michael is quite a charming salesman.... full of flattery that us country people call Something else! He is very pleasent... and after the hook was set he turned the work over to Elizabeth. ( ha ha)

I don't know who Nancy is. Craig Vercnocke is the person who took care of me. After Craig did all of the heavy lifting, others seemed to swoop in and put their names on the deal. I am very happy with Emortgage, but Craig is my guy.
