Roof looked good after cleaning…. Few small dark areas on roof over lower deck but hopefully these will disappear with next good rain. Did have damage to several plants where all the leaves turned brown and 3 flowering plants died back but I think they will come back next spring. Just glad my granddaughter decided on another location for her wedding!!!!

Mrs. Allgood, As we explained to you prior to starting the job, a roof cleaning doesn't shoe instant results like pressure washing concrete does. Sometimes there are stubborn spots that will continue to linger for 6 to 8 weeks, but should be gone by the 8 week mark. My house looks great, my neighbors thought I had it painted.I will definitely use ESM Hydro Wash again.Gene was very professional and respectful to my surrounding vegetation My respect for his work and thankfulness for his dedication to our country as a former Marine.
