Best Spot on the East side E 6th is all about location location location. With gorgeous amenities and plenty of spots within a short walk entertaining for yourself or entertaining Friends or family isn’t a problem. Also the office staff is always willing to help solve anything!

Verified Renter So far I am loving living at e6. It is in close proximity to all my favorite bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely accommodating while going through the leasing and moving in process.

Unsafe, and unwillingness to work with tennats. We have been residing at one of the properties in Austin, TX. Beginning in October, we experienced ongoing issues with packages going missing. This continued through January, and due to the lack of timely and effective action to address the problem, we decided to purchase a home to resolve the situation. Please consider reading before moving here… I moved to E6 Apartments in February 2022. I was traveling most of the Spring and didn’t notice anything was wrong until the summer of 2022. I started feeling sick and the symptoms kept getting worse. At the same time, I began noticing mold spores surrounding the air vents in my apartment. BEWARE: no free guest parking E6 has decided to change its parking policies to make guests/visitors of residents pay. There was no mention of this when we signed a lease. Very disappointing

Thank you for your review. Most recently we did open 50 spaces for guest and retail parking. There is a cost associated with this however we do still offer parking at no cost with the following option: guest parking allocated on the 1st floor closest to the Leasing Office notated by signage. Not worth it Do not move here unless you are the type of person that likes it noisy or has no respect for neighbors. All walls (including ceiling and floor) are paper-thin. You can hear every footstep of your upstairs neighbor. People blast music in their apartments and it's heard all the way down the hall, from the floor above and the vibrations are maddening and from within the pool area which is enclosed in a courtyard so the sound just bounces and amplifies.
