They continuously don’t have things right visit after visit.. $400-500 every visit.. didn’t give her strong enough medication the first time and the second time stated they would up the dose to see if that worked better.. frustrating

A year ago I would have said they answer the phone, or “try them , they are great”. Things change and their customer interface, answering service and current “hospital manager” just aren’t a good fit after a decade. Sad to have to make this change- but if they treated our pets like they treated me we will go elsewhere. I was angry and very frustrated-ended up giving an apology to the front desk. Changes nothing we will never go back. Sad day

Misdiagnosed my big dog. Gave her an antibiotic which caused serious side effects. Went to Ana Vet and she was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and she is better with the right med. About my little dog. Had teeth cleaned and she had a horrible injection sites trying to find a vein. Also she had anals expressed many times before but when they did it she screamed so loud I had to go and get her out of there. I recommend Ada Veterinary Hospital in Boise. They are the best!
