Months after treating our cat, insisting we pay in full each visit, we get a huge bill stating we owe over $700 with service fees attached. The manager states when asked if they have a credit system allowing customers to pay in increments, she firmly stated NO! Then she stated "we don't hold people's animals hostage if they can't pay their bill"; suggesting we grabbed our cat and ran out the door. I AM BEYOND INSULTED AND QUESTION THE INTEGRITY OF THIS BUSINESS!

We want to clarify that the balance shown is from previous services, and our records do not show full payment was made, which is why there is an outstanding balance. As discussed, when you provide documentation showing the balance was paid in full, we are happy to close it out. When asked about a “credit system,” we explained that payment is required at the time of service; however, we do work with clients as needed to ensure pets can safely go home. Woman with red hair at front desk was uncommunicative and unapologetic about 45 minute long wait. I sat in a room waiting and when I came out to ask if it would be much longer (as I wasn’t told at all how much time it would be) all she said was it’s because I am a walk in and that she can book me another day. No apology for the wait (which would have been fine if I was let know ahead of time) just an unwelcoming and unhelpful attitude.
