They are the best roofing company I have ever had the privilege to work with. We got a new roof in January. We were very pleased with each and everyone we worked with.Everyone from the Salesman A.J. to the lovely ladies in the office.*****,*** and Joelize were extremely patient, understanding, kind and hand holding.Everyone was professional, polite, prompt and so very helpful.The installation went smoothly and quickly. The flat roof over our back porch had a leak so we called **** Johnston Roofing. They had put on that flat roof some years back, as well as the newer tile roof on our house. We were concerned that some of the tiles might be damaged in the process, but had good news all around. Turned out we just needed a repair on the flat roof in one area, the flat roof still has life left in it, and the tile roof was not damaged during the repair. We were very pleased!

Johnston Roofing was highly recommended, and they certainly filled those shoes. **** came to do an estimate and was truly professional, super knowledgeable, and definitely customer service oriented. The roof replacement took less than a month and this happened during the holidays, 2024. The office personnel always kept me appraised of status and the working crews were always on time. The final inspector told me the Company did a GREAT job. ********** recommend **** *. Johnston Roofing.

I'M A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER OF EARL JOHNSTON ROOFING, RECENTLY I HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON MY HOUSE, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM MEETING WITH MIKE THE SALESMAN, WHO EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND HELPED ME PICK OUT THE PROPER COLOR SINGLE THAT COMPLEMENTED MY HOUSE COLOR. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE CREW THAT SHOWED UP ON TIME, EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEIR JOB WAS AND WENT TO WORK, BY 4P.M MY OLD ROOF WAS OFF AND A NEW ROOF WAS SECURE IF ANY RAIN CAME IT WAS PROTECTED. This is absolutely one of the best companies I have dealt with. I have been a customer more than ten years. I have never been disappointed. When I have a problem I ask to have **** come out to assess the problem. The workers are fantastic. There are no shortcuts. They are professional.I like this company because they are not heavy into commercials. Their work speaks for itself!!

With the exception of getting the permit, my dealing with **** Johnston Roofing was a good one. They informed me of when they coming and what they would be done that day. The first day they came in a timely manner. They worked efficiently and completed their work on the flat roof with no problems or excuses. I was informed that the shingles were coming the next day. They came the next day and were placed on the roof. I was told that the shingles were to be installed the next day. The shingles were installed the next day and ... read more
