We just made a major purchase of a custom dana60 axle. They took care of me the entire way. The sales staff was knowledgeable and the parts arrived in no time at all. I can't say enough good things about this company. Every interaction w ECGS has been exactly what I would want in a company I'm doing business with. This is a great company. Great customer service. Just ordered my new 3rd memeber from them yesterday. I will give them all my business from now on.
Called their tech support first but they could not or would not provide dimensions for their shim kit. I was assured they would work. They arrived today and are too small. The description says CARRIER SHIMS. These are the shims for the smaller of the two Dana 80 pinion bearings. If them were the CARRIER SHIMS they would have worked. $13.40 shipping and will cost even more to try and return them. Poor service, don't bother with them, keep looking.
ordered parts was supposed to have them at Christmas it is now 1/28/21 still no parts an the salesman will keeps telling me he will call an check to see where they are an he will call me back an still hasn't called keeps telling me the same thing he has yet to call me back over the last 3 months getting kinda frustrated if you tell me your gonna call me back call me back an tell me something
was deliberately shipped an open package with missing parts totally unacceptable
