Professional owners and staff and performed exceptional in all areas including the clean up after two days of roof installation. All debris including nails were removed from the work site. The gutter contractors also performed in a business like manner.
They went above and beyond. The communication was amazing. They are not salesman they come in and are realistic. They tell you what is real. They are not pushy. Everybody down to finance and scheduling were all great. The focus on detail was unbelievable.
They left the work site clean. I almost did not know that they were here if it were not for the new roof.
I had an excellent experience with East Coast. The work was done well and quickly as well as a very good job on cleanup when the work was completed. Most importantly, the estimator was very clear on the work to be done and materials to be used and took the time to answer all questions. All costs were discussed up front at the time of the estimate so there were absolutely no surprises in terms of extra costs incurred as a result of any extra work that was needed (e.g. replacing existing plywood, etc.).
I have used East Coast Roofing at other properties and I am satisfied with their workmanship.
