Having been a neighbor to East Ridge for 30 years, and having a parent that recently moved into the ALF, I'm very happy. Aside from the beautiful grounds, welcoming yet secure front gate the most important issue is care. The aides in the ALF are wonderful, compassionate and professional. The food is unbelievably good too. My mom has become more social and happier since moving in.
Beautiful facility. Lots of great staff. A few bad apples but a kind and considerate administrator Lucy Reese and caring marketing gentleman by the name of Joshua.Lucy Reese and Joshua are assetts to this facility and try there very best to assist with kind and proper,care of the residents. I hope the directors of this facility takes note of who truly makes them shine and allow them to help get a 5 star rating.
