Almost 6 weeks in waiting on a $570 refund for prepaid work. Service was always good up to this point but all you will hear is the check is in the mail, nothing we can do etc.I paid with a visa and am told I cannot receive a credit, the check must have been lost, they are sending another check, soon and so forth. Calls are not returned and there is no excuse for this kind of delay.
