I am new here to CS and found them online. They seem very compassionate and actually listen. They were also available for me the same day when I needed. The other Veterinarian's didn't seem to care about my emergency situation and had an oh well attitude.

We have a ver fearful large dog. The entire staff took THE BEST care of our dog. From having a room ready for us to go right into upon arrival so that there wouldn’t be stress in the waiting room, to letting our dog’s favorite person go to the back with him to help keep him calm and comfortable. I’m so grateful for their excellent care with a sacary situation.

New to town and was looking for an urgent care appointment. Been to a few emergency vet hospitals and the wait was too long (understandable). East Springs Animal Hospital was able to get us in for a same day appointment. Showing up with twin toddlers- the curbside appointment option REALLY helped this anxious mama. I love working with Dr. Mac. She is very breeder friendly and is always very quick to respond or get my babies in. Dr. Mac never talks down to me and is always very respectful of my concerns and questions. The staff at East springs is always very helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve been going there for close to a decade, by far my favorite place in CO springs.
