If I were you I would never take your pet there! They first then overcharge for everything then have the wrong medication. When I called realizing this they argued with me that I should know what my pet is taking and it is my fault not the doctor for giving me the wrong medication. When I went back to try and make it right they overcharged me. The medicine on their pharmacy is for 30 pills and they gave me 15 for what they charge everyone else. Been going there for over 10 years, probably longer. My cat went through chemotherapy there. I now have two new kittens and was told they cannot see them until July for their 12 week shots that are due next week, 4/20/22. This is after calling several times to be told they would work them in to stay on schedule so I made no other plans, only to be told on the third phone call from Jessica , that they could see them in July. Hours on both the website and the Facebook page say they're open. Show up and they tell me they're closed every day 12-2 and I have to drive all the way back to get my cat food. They refused to just carry it out to me. Totally disrespectful. Not even my fault the hours are displayed wrong.

I am very sorry that you had a poor experience. It's true we do close every Tueaday from 12-2 to allow staff to attend meetings or catch up on cleaning and stocking. I am sorry that the hours on Facebook and website don't reflect this, I thought they did. So for that I am sorry. Unfortunately we staff according to this closure so we would not have had the manpower there during that time to be in appropriate PPE to take food out and process payment. way over priced. $560 for 2 dogs is way ridiculous.
Over the last 10 years I have been going to this place never have I seen such lazy people .

My family & I have been taking our pets to East State for almost 20 years. Dr. Clemente has been amazing. Today, I had such an awful experience I will not be back. I took my elderly pit bull in for his annual shots, and was told there was a wait. Okay, no problem... we walked to the back of the clinic & sat down (he laid down).
