My office visit was handled in a timely and professional manner. I paid my copay but weeks later I received a bill. The bill was not an itemization of all the services provided on my visit nor did it show my copay I paid the day of my visit. It simply showed one procedure and an adjustment and I was responsible for the balance. I had to call the office to make sure what was charged, that you did post my check to the account.
