Dr. Guillory was cordial and pleasant. His nurse assistant, took vital signs, and information, was very unfriendly. Did not feel welcomed at all.

Second doctor I have been to and got no results. Wasted another 50.00
All my symptoms had to do with my head, nose & throat yet I got no DX. I felt he was very dismissive of me quite quickly into his exam, suggested I see another doctor yet couldn’t recommend a name. Was informed by nurse that they WOULD NOT send my records elsewhere. I took off a day of work to see him. I tried to select ‘contact us directly’ but that option didn’t work. I’m not a fan of giving public bad reviews. Maybe he was having a bad day….
The service was great, however, the wait was extremely long today. Nearly an hour from check-in to go to exam room. Then 15 minutes or so for the provider to come in. And rather than the doctor (who was so backed up and I understand) his nurse practitioner had to see me.
My concerns were not addressed. My ear is hurting and my hearing and all the Doctor was concerned with was my nose. Also my incision from a previous ear surgery is causing a lot of pain and that was dismissed.
The Dr was extremely busy and didn't hear a word I had to say. He had it in his mind I needed balance rehab . Wrong answer . You are just a number and what your thoughts are are completely dismissed. I had already had a hearing test and knew I was profound deaf in left ear and mild deaf in right ear. I thought I was there for a hearing test but he wanted to schedule additional appt's and keep you coming back. Mo MoneyNever going back there.
Listen to patient. Nurse was unpleasant, sent my prescription to city of Marshall . My pharmacy is ON Marshall.
The doctor was good but when it came time to pay they charged my insurance incorrectly and I had to pay more than what I was suppose to. My insurance company is suppose to pay me back the difference. It was just a hassle to deal with that.
