There was concern for hygiene & social distancing; cleanliness. Technical expertise is very good. Equipment is state of the art. They have always had a diversified workforce, which is outstanding.
Awesome Dental Center. Called with a horrible tooth ache. Made room for me immediately. A few hours later they send me home pain free. I might add they take measures to protect their patients from COVID. When you enter the office, they take your temperature, provide a sink to wash your hands and a solution to rinse your mouth. The staff are friendly.
i have been going there for almost 2 years. the staff and dr ben are just the best of the best, had a major problem and and dr gary treinkman was on duty that day, he took me in and in an hour i was out of there. hats off to east village dental. they are the best in chicago.. thank you very much... walt

Great care and service from the front desk, staff and MDs!
Dr. McWilliams is very professional and can solve any dental problems. Yes it a bit price, but when you leave your doing better than when you arrived. They work on your time table and make sure your comfortable.
I have already been afraid going to dentist. My experience today wish I knew this establishment early in my life. Outstanding

My first time an I must say remarkable. From the moment I stepped in the office I felt welcomed. The staff dentist and front office workers were so pleasant.
Immaculate place. Superior service and wonderful staff. Unfortunately my dental insurance didn’t cover my emergency root canal and I had to pay out of pocket. It was a little pricy but well worth it considering that all dental offices are closed due to Covid-19. I was in and out in 2 hours & I praise them for staying open during this worldwide crisis. If I could, I would choose them as my primary dentist & I highly recommend them.
