5 Star : My Experience I was not expecting you guys to clean the windshield on the inside (very difficult for a person with short arms to get done haha), wash, vacuum or dispose of door trash on top of repairing my damaged bumper. And you did all of that. Thank you!

However, they lost the base to my grandsons car seat and did not take responsibility for it. I did not remove it when I dropped the car off because it is so difficult to put in.
