4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality All staff members were polite, helpful, personable and informative. Repairs took double the time predicted. The wiring harness to my trailer hitch seemed to be missing after repairs. We found it buried under panels in the back hatch and were able to carefully dig it out. We have not tried it yet to see if all lights will work. Hopefully there is no damage. 5 Star : Customer Service
