5 Star : My Experience The damaged area (rear end) looks like new on my 11 year old Tundra. I left the cab a bit of a mess while they weren't even working in that area and they detailed it - sparkling clean! So easy to get a rental through Hertz with Eastern. They had Hertz deliver it while I was checking in with no time wasted and drop off was a breeze. I would go back when needed.

They worked diligently with the insurance company to figure it out the coverage. They also kept me updated on the long process (that was no fault of their own). They treat you like a human, don’t look down on your because you are a woman, and there is no worries with them. I would 100% recommend them over and over again.
