5 Star : My Experience While the text system is helpful, a phone call to explain what the delays are for is more helpful. Initially, my car was supposed to be ready 6/21…then 6/23…then 6/24…finally 6/25 I was able to pick up. A phone call explaining the second delay (and subsequent delays) would have been more professional. When I finally called the shop on 6/24, I was appreciative of the explanation I got from Ryan about the delays.
