I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Eastern States Compounding Pharmacy. I started the Injectivle Tirzepatide with them. The lowest dose on Feb 16, 2026, to date I am down almost 40 lbs. Reaching anyone in the pharmacy is an extremely easy task, and they are always incredibly helpful. I would 10/10 recommend working with them.
