Verified Renter If you’re looking for an Apartment with a waterfront view and excellent amenities then the wait is over! They always have cool events for the residents and you can't beat the area/location! It's walking distance to some great restaurants, great view of Lake Carolyn, walking distance to The Toyota Music Factory for concerts.
