My experience with Eastshore has been very pleasant. Madison helped me with all the leasing process and I must say it was very smooth and easy. I live in a 1b1b, I love the apartment. The maintenance team is very responsive, the turn around time is very quick. Big shout out to the leasing office staff! They are always very pleasant and nice. I really enjoy my stay in Eastshore.
My wife and I have been living at Eastshore for a little over a month, and our experience has been great so far. Emma and the rest of the team have really looked out for us, in order to make the application and move-in process as smooth as possible. They are the best apartment management company I've dealt with yet. Also, the maintenance team is super helpful and efficient, and the apartment is well taken care of. I've lived here for over two years and will be moving out soon, but the entire experience has been great. The facility is nice and modern overall, I love the atmosphere of the lounge areas, and the parking garage is really well-lit. There have been very few issues with the garage gate during my time here as a resident! Elevators have been down on occasion, but thankfully there are three of them and it has not happened very often. I lived at this location for 2 years and it's been one of the best places I've ever lived at. There was one hiccup in the mailroom where one of packages was stolen but Henry did his best to assist. Henry no longer works at this location but Emma works there now. Madison and Emma have been so helpful and have always been there to help. I appreciate they get to know who you are as well. I moved here from out of state, & Emma in particular and the rest of the staff was extremely helpful! Before I get into details, this team of professionals helped with a TON of my moving needs. I mean even to the point of recording my specific unit so I could see what the space would look like before I got here. Beyond all else, she (Emma) helped ensure my car was successfully delivered to the correct apartment, she ensured my furniture was set up in the home, she even went to the extent of holding my keys until I was able t... read more
