Had to replace a gas pipe that was in my wall. Ken and Allen came out to my house the same day that I called. Ken was extremely professional and upfront in describing the work that had to be done, and was upfront with the cost. After the repair, Allen was thorough in cleaning up any mess that was made. Both ensured that all my gas fixture's were working properly. Allen inquired about my tankless hot water heater and was great about explaining the need to maintain it and have it last a long time.
