Disappointing The hotel itself was nice and clean. The parking lot and I use the word lot loosely because every time we went outside there was a group of men working on vehicles. I didn't feel very safe in the parking lot so my husband was by my side at all times. Oh and the view sucked!! All we saw was the back side of the storage rooms and the guys working on the vehicles. Bad Morning staff rude didn’t let my kids are mother in law eat breakfast and it was only 8:30 wouldn’t let them grab no cereal , room had used soap on the counter Stuff cool at night

Great hotel, bad neighbors The people above us were very loud stomping jumping on the beds and jumping off of the beds . They finally went out for the evening but when they came back at 2:20 AM they started stomping and jumping on beds all over again. I called the front desk twice on them they went up there to check and no one would come to the door. Always stay here when visiting my family. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Not again Hotel smelled bad. Humidifiers in halls. Hotel warm with no air flow. Room was 78 - had to change rooms to sleep. AC was not broken, made set temp in room to 78. If we hadn’t arrived so late we wouldn’t have stayed. New room - the phone did not work. No wifi password given at check in.
